Service of the vehicle is fine. Problems start with picking up the vehicle. Headlights are always turned OFF. Seat is so far forward unable to enter the vehicle. Temperature is to 85 degrees and fan to maximum. This time clock advanced 6 minutes. Is this a game at this dealership

I spent months researching how to buy a new vehicle without overpaying and being subjected to BS dealer fees. After many hours of research on line I saw that Delacey Ford had a truck that I wanted to purchase. I called the dealership up first and spoke to the manager Aaron. I asked him 3 things…1.Who is the best salesman you have 2. What is the out the door price 3. What additional fees do you charge besides the mandatory state fees. Aaron was quick to tell me the out the door price and guess what…no additional fees. He recommended Jake and we are so glad he did! Jake approached us genuinely and enthusiastically. We instantly felt at ease with his glowing personality. We showed up at 5pm when we knew they closed at 6pm. The encounter went so well and seamlessly, that Jake didn’t even blink an eye when we asked him if he was able to stay a bit longer. By the time we left, the papers were signed. He even allowed me to purchase specific tires my husband wanted to ensure he was happy with everything …and allowed me to have them delivered directly to the dealership! In calling Delacy, within one day I received a phone call offering me a comparable car. Just come in and pick it up, no questions asked. Let me start by saying that this dealership has always been very fair and I have no complaints when it comes to customer service. This particular experience was for a Ford Edge which has been discontinued so there is limited stock. We were there for that car only. We didn't find any that had all the features we wanted due to limited stock because the model is no longer made. Our salesman Ken worked with us trying to find an outcome that would make us happy. Somehow he found a model that was exactly what we were looking for. They were very generous with our trade-in to get us to where we wanted to be payment wise. I just can't stress enough what a joy it was to buy from here. It was such a good experience and value that we're already working with Ken to purchase another vehicle to replace our second car.
